Middle Plantation Chapter

Middle Plantation Chapter was organized October 11, 1957.

Our luncheon meetings are on the 1st Wednesday on February, May, September and November.

The Middle Plantation Chapter meets mid-week late morning and for lunch in an effort to accommodate busy and working women, making it easier for them to attend and participate. We invite you to join us for an interesting program and lively conversation. A current focus is toward Veterans Service, planning projects to make life more pleasant and easier for our female veterans.

We have awarded JROTC Medals and Certificates to female Marine Cadets at Hendersonville High School for the past 15 years, and will be adding Medals and Certificates to Mt. Juliet High School, Vanderbilt University, and Tennessee State University. We want to honor those young women who show academic proficiency, outstanding ability and achievement in the JROTC program, and patriotism.

The Middle Plantation Chapter remains interested in supporting the repairs and maintenance of our National Headquarters in Washington, DC. This is due to one of our members having served as National Officer for this endeavor, and we wish to honor her work for the Society.

Members of the Middle Plantation Chapter sponsored Colonel Patricia Gill (Ret.) on the June 9, 2018 Screaming Eagle Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. From left, Colonel Patricia Gill, Tennessee State Regent Cindy Waters, and Chapter Regent Sue Groves.

Our Chapter Regent is Sue Groves.

Our Chapter Registrar is Lynda Logan.
